Crystal Meth Anonymous (MACMA)
Crystal Meth Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other, so they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from addiction to crystal meth.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. There are no dues or fees for CMA membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. CMA is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; and neither endorses nor opposes any causes.
Our primary purpose is to lead a sober life and to carry the message of recovery to the crystal meth addict who still suffers.*

CONSEQUENCES
The cost of drug use is broad. Perhaps the cost begins to show through the isolation, or being unreliable for family and friends. Often, it shows in the inability to meet work or financial obligations. The health of an addict may suffer as well, sue to the increased priority of drugs over nutrition, hygiene, exercise, and self-care. Relationships that have previously been important begin to fall apart.
Am I An Addict?
Only you can answer that question. For many of us, the answer was clear. We could not control our drug use. Our lives had become unmanageable.
Have you tried to stop using crystal meth and found that you couldn’t? Do you find that you can’t control your use once you start?
If so, you may be suffering from the disease of addiction. The fellowship of Crystal Meth Anonymous can help.

RISKY USE
Unknown and unregulated ingredients in the drugs, driving or working while high, binge use, combining multiple substances, increasing frequency, increasing quantity, using in sketchy settings and with strangers.
ISOLATION
Loneliness is often a painful part of the addiction experience. Isolation is not simply a matter of a person being an introvert or extrovert. Escalating use can cause a feeling of loss of control and shame. Someone who is using may try to hide the use and therefore separate from family and friends.
CRAVING
We couldn’t control our drug use. What started out as weekend or occasional use became daily use, and we soon found ourselves beyond human aid. We truly suffered from a lack of power to fix our problem.

There is a solution and you are not alone. Many of us faced a dark path but have turned our lives around and have bright futures.
To do so, we place our sobriety before all else and remain open to a spiritual life. If you want what we have, and are willing to go to any lengths to get it, then CMA is for you. We invite you to join us on this journey of recovery, we encourage you to stay close to the CMA fellowship and you will no longer be alone.
We know Crystal Meth Addiction is a progressive illness that cannot be cured, but, like some other illnesses, can be put in remission. Recovery starts by not using, seeking support, and being open and willing to grow and change, one day at a time. CMA members are happy to offer help by sharing their experience, strength, and hope in how they stay clean & sober. One of the ways members stay clean & sober is by helping other Crystal Meth Addicts to achieve and maintain sobriety.
As we often say at the end of our meetings, “Stay! You can always come back but, it's easier if you stay.”
We can and do get better!
How is CMA different?
One of the reasons for CMA's success is the social interaction fostered in the fellowship. Sometimes, people recovering from crystal meth use find it hard to share their experiences in other 12-step groups. At CMA, you will find your tribe. You will meet other people with similar experiences, people dealing with the same issues with whom you can exchange experiences, strategies, as well as support.
The program works, if you work it.
Is CMA for me?
Crystal Meth Anonymous offers a new way of life without Crystal Meth. Crystal Meth Anonymous uses a twelve step recovery program of personal/ spiritual development, no matter what our belief system or background.
The first step in our recovery is admission that we are powerless over crystal meth, that using has caused problems in our life and that life has become unmanageable.
CMA is an inclusive and diverse fellowship open to anyone. The only requirement for membership in CMA is a desire to stop using crystal meth and all other mind altering substances. You’re a member of CMA and belong if and when you say so. It’s that simple. You didn't come this far to stop.
